1. Our Service

We provide private cultural experiences with maiko and geiko in Kyoto, lasting approximately 90 minutes, held in private settings such as temples, shrines, and traditional restaurants. The details of each plan, including its content and price, are shown on the relevant plan page of this website. The content of an experience may vary depending on the season, the venue, and the availability of performers.

2. Reservations

• Reservations are made through the online booking system on this website.
• A reservation is concluded when your online payment is completed and the confirmation email is issued.
• Because the availability of maiko, geiko, and private venues is limited, we may not be able to accept a request for your preferred date. In that case, we will suggest alternative dates where possible.
• Please provide accurate information when making a booking.

3. Prices and Payment

• Prices are shown on each plan page. As a general guide, experiences cost from JPY 31,000 per person. All prices include Japanese consumption tax.
• Payment methods: Online payment by credit card or other methods supported by our booking system.
• Payment timing: Payment is made at the time of booking. Your payment is completed when your reservation is confirmed.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a confirmed reservation, the following cancellation fees apply, calculated on the total price of the reservation:

• Up to 7 days before the experience date: free of charge
• 6 days to 3 days before the experience date: 50% of the total price
• 2 days before the experience date or later, including the day of the experience and no-shows: 100% of the total price

A request to change the date of a confirmed reservation may be treated as a cancellation and a new reservation, depending on the availability of the venue and performers. If you need to cancel or change a reservation, please contact us as early as possible.

5. Changes and Cancellations by Us (Weather and Force Majeure)

We may change the venue or content of an experience, or cancel it, when it cannot be provided safely or as planned due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, or the sudden illness of a performer. In such cases we will, at your choice, offer an alternative date or refund any amount already paid in full. We are not responsible for incidental costs such as travel and accommodation expenses.

6. Photography

• You are welcome to take photos for personal use during the times indicated by our staff. Some venues may restrict photography in certain areas; please follow the guidance of our staff and the venue.
• Photos and videos taken during the experience may not be used for commercial purposes, or published in a way that damages the dignity of the performers or the venue, without our prior written consent.
• We or our photographers may take photos during the experience for record-keeping and promotional purposes. Photos in which you are identifiable will be used for promotion only with your prior consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited during the experience. If you engage in prohibited conduct, we may refuse or terminate the experience without a refund:

• Touching performers without consent, or any form of harassment toward performers, staff, or other guests
• Attending while heavily intoxicated, or behavior that is dangerous or offensive
• Damaging the property of the venue, or entering restricted areas
• Commercial filming or recording without our prior written consent
• Any conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals

8. Disclaimer

We prepare and provide each experience with due care. However, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages arising in connection with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the experience. Please take care of your personal belongings at the venue. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of Japanese law, including the Consumer Contract Act.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kyoto District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms will take effect when they are posted on this page, together with the updated date shown at the top of the page.
