Price

The price of each experience is shown on the relevant plan page. As a general guide, experiences cost from JPY 31,000 per person. All prices include Japanese consumption tax.

Charges Other Than the Price

Internet connection and communication charges for using this website; bank transfer fees (when paying by bank transfer); and transportation costs to and from the venue are borne by the customer.

Online payment by credit card or other methods supported by our booking system.

Payment Timing

Payment is made at the time of booking. Your payment is completed when your reservation is confirmed.

Time of Service Provision

The experience is provided on the date and at the time confirmed in the reservation confirmation email sent by us.

Cancellation and Refunds

Because this service is provided on a reserved date, it cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been provided. Cancellations before the experience are subject to the cancellation fees set out in our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy: free of charge up to 7 days before the experience date; 50% of the total price from 6 to 3 days before; and 100% from 2 days before onward, including the day of the experience and no-shows.
